EXCHANGE ONLY! NO REFUNDS!!!!

Due to the purity of our hair, we encourage all My Bombshell Bundles customers to gently wash their unprocessed bundles prior to installing.

We will take exchanges only on unused or unraveled hair within 3 days of receipt with original labels attached. 

Requirements for an exchange:

• Items must be returned in the same condition as it is when you received it, with the mybombshellbundles seal still in tact.
• For the curly/wavy hair, we will not grant an exchange if the curls of the hair have been fingered combed, pulled apart, frizzy, or manipulated in any way. 
• We will not refund or exchange any hair that has been worn, installed, dyed, cut, or made into a wig.   
• Please send pictures of the hair to 1-734-743-1658 to be approved for an exchange. Include your first and last name, and order number.
